Instant yeast                            5g

Brown sugar                            10g

Water                                     150g

 

Final Dough

Sponge                                    All

Bread flour                               60g

Cake flour                                30g

Fat free evaporated milk            35g

Nonfat dry milk powder             20g

Egg                                        25g

Brown sugar                            30g

Butter                                     30g

Salt                                        3g

 190C for about 5 minutes until golden brown and then tent it with foil and bake it for another 15-20 minutes at 180C
